Hydrofluoroether cleaning agent is an inert detergent of high dielectric constant, extremely low surface tension, low viscosity, easy volatility without residue and good stability. HFE hydrofluoroether can well spread out and disperse to the surface of the base material and various pores, and has ideal effect on scour, wetting, solvation and cleaning. HFE cleaning solution has a more appropriate boiling point, and can well apply to various vapor-cycle cleaning equipment.
