Usage and dosage
Intravenous or intramuscular injection: a quality, 1 kg/weight; horse, cattle, pig,sheep: 10 mg; once day, continuous used for 2-3 days. Before clinical application, dissolve fit transfer factor dilution solution equipped in a box (not available in sodium chloride injection containing inorganic salts solution), then injection.
 
then add water 10 kg, continuous used for 3 ~ 5 days.

Indications
Mainly used in the hemolytic streptococcus, neisseria meningitides which arouse acute tonsillitis, acute pharyngitis, nasosinusitis; gas gangrene, anthrax;actinomycosis; mycoplasma pneumoniae and chlamydial pneumonia. It is effective to tolerance staphylococcus aureus, hemolytic streptococcus which arouse severe genitourinary tract infections, such as: ichorrhemia, endometritis, jejunum bending enteritis. Clinical symptoms: body temperature increased,
mental fatigue, appetite decreased or desuetuded, head dropped and eyes closed, lethargy, not to walk, cough, sneeze, tracheal rales, difficulty in breathing, mouth breathing, pull the yellow, white, red, green manure, watery diarrhoea, bloody dysentery, anemia, ungodliness of birth canal lochia, long with infertility and so on. Chicken staphylococosis, streptococcicosis and chronic respiratory disease, etc.


Pharmacology
This product which belongs to macrolide antibiotic, is water-soluble erythromycin lactose acid ester to staphylococcus aureus (including penicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus), pneumococcus,streptococcus,  bacillus erysipelatossuis, listeria monocytogenes, clostridium septicum, clostridium chauvoei. It presents sensitive gram-negative bacteria such as haemophilus influenzae, meningococcus, brucella, pasteurella.Besides it has good effect to campylobacter, mycoplasma, chlamydia, rickettsia and leptospirosis. As the preferred alternative of penicillin allergy drugs, it has sterilization function at high concentrations to certain bacteria.

Intramuscular injection irritation strong, should be deep injection; the speed of intravenous injection should slow, not to cooperate with strong acidic drugs.
